TRUSTED QUALITY AND SERVICE SINCE 1904.

Over 100 years ago, Anthony Oliveri began delivering flour to area bakers on a horse-drawn wagon from a garage in Hoboken, New Jersey. Early morning orders were taken on crank - operated phones, loaded onto the wagon and delivered to a waiting bakery that same day.

Our technology, capacity, capability and location has grown since 1904. We outgrew the Hoboken and Jersey City neighborhoods where we were born and perfected our business and deepened our roots as trusted members of the all the communities that surrounded us.  We are now headquartered in the industrial area of North Bergen with a rail line that delivers to our door.

Our horse-drawn wagons have been replaced by a fleet of modern trucks that deliver to every point of New Jersey and New York, almost daily, to the area’s finest retail bakeries, bread and bagel shops and food service companies.

We have replaced the crank phone, but when you call during business hours you will speak to a live person.  You won’t have to wait to get the expertise you need.

In fact, we still have the crank phone, as a reminder of the heart it took to build A. Oliveri & Sons into what it is today.  Our commitment to quality products, personalized service, constant improvement, and our customer’s success will never change.  We are proud of the decades-long trust placed in us by our suppliers and customers alike.
